- We try to process orders ASAP, but please note we do allow ourselves up to 72 hours to get your order processed and shipped out.
- Most items are shipped directly from our single store here in Encinitas, California.
- Free shipping in California shouldn’t take more than 4 days in transit.
- Free shipping outside of California can take up 7 days in transit.

All free ground shipping will be done via either USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. HansenSurf.com reserves the right to ship with either of these services.
Orders are shipped during regular business hours Monday-Friday. All orders with expedited shipping will be handled first, but please note that orders can take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped once your order is placed. In most cases we will get your order shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed, but HansenSurf.com is not responsible for delayed orders.
The following items maybe be drop shipped directly from the Manufacturer: wetsuits, boardbags, traction pads, leashes. If you order any of these items, and there is any delay, you will be contacted immediately.
We are able to provide your order with a return shipping label. If you are returning an item for a refund, and choose to use our label provided we will deduct $7.00 from your refund. If you are exchanging an item there is no charge for using the label. Please contact us directly by phone or email to request a return label.
